GOODS

Orders submitted for the BGA trophies are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, immediately after the payment is submitted, due to the fact that every trophy is personalized for each business. We will use extreme caution to ensure that your trophy arrives in an excellent condition but in case it arrives broken or cracked, BGA will replace the trophy for FREE. BGA may request the company to submit proof of damage prior to shipping out the new item and in rare occasion it may request the trophy to be returned.

PACKAGE DEALS

BGA offers packages deals that where digital services are rendered along with physical goods. The return and refund policy will be clearly stated on your invoice prior to submitting a payment to BGA.
